Self declaration
The standard allows for a wide range of how to exchange messages in order exchange orders
and control the transports. A message is either a request or a response to a request.
Together the form the necessary flow that solves the management of the transports.
The flow together with descriptions and examples of basic content in the messages is the Self Declaration.
The Client is responsible for the process. It must be in place before communication starts.
In case of a bidding process it should be included in the RFP.
As a membes of SUTI you can always ask for assistans from the Technical Committee of SUTI. The TC
normally holds meeting every second week and you will the be advised of how to proceed.
Even if you are not yet a member you may always describe you problem and check whether your demand is
suitable solved by a SUTI-communication. It is likely it will and you will get an advice of how to proceed.
Several hundreds of solutions in the demand responsive environment, covering more than 30 million orders
yearlly in the Nordic regions, are already operating using the standard
